Bernard Hoskin and Rhys Wilson
are two of the most experienced singers and musicians on the
folk/acoustic scene in the Cambridge area. Both are songwriters and
multi-instrumentalists and their live shows are a mixture of original songs
and covers from the some of the great songwriters such as Paul Simon,
Jim Croce, Elton John and Neil Diamond. Rhys Wilson has been performing and writing his own songs for the best part of 40 years. He has played in clubs and halls since he was 15 years of age and made his first album, Farewell Sunshine, in 1976 whilst still at school. Bernard Hoskin combines
a diverse range of influences to create a distinctive and original
sound which is based upon English songwriting and world music rhythms
as well as the more common folk, country and blues styles.
